Each call presented to our switch is passed to a group of trained operators who puts in reservation for your requests. The Cab Master software takes control from then. It looks for Regular users and prioritized those reservation, presents reservation to the host computer to be dispatched, log calls on the server for future reference.

Once the reservation has been made, all the waiting bookings are passed on to the host so that they can be dispatched. At this moment of time, the host is in control of the booking, the host present the waiting bookings to cars by the use of air wave. The data send is encrypted for security reasons and presented to the data units which sits in cars. The data heads we use are approx. 5 inches wide x 3 inches high x 2 inches deep, and displays the address to pick up from, and any other messages the operator sends.

This means that your pick up details are totally secure as only the car allocated the job will get the details unlike other companies who still use voice where by all their cars and any passengers that they have can hear all your details. The system is upgradable and we are hoping in the future to have a satellite G.P.S installed that can track cars to within 10 metres.
